is a Czech company specializing solely in commercial investment properties in the Czech Republic.

WHAT DIFFERS US FROM A REAL ESTATE AGENCY

Real estate agencies find properties based on a certain criteria, but realtors are not investment specialists. They are not familiar with pecularities of profitable real estate investing.

CBI is a team of investment specialists, able to find high yielding property. While the Czech commercial property market has a lot to offer, only a small number of these offers is truly profitable for the potential client. We identify highly profitable ivestment properties and we know how to make them highly profitable.

OUR WORK WITH INVESTORS

We offer income producing properties not listed on an open market.

Real property items, listed on our web site, is a minor part of what we can offer to our VIP-clients. The most attractive investment properties are not publically sold, therefore we do not present them on our web site.

We strive for price reduction for our investors.

We follow a nondisclosure agreement between a customer and a propety seller. For this reason we do not publicize our portfolio, because it would violate our privacy policy.

We provide an overall assesment of real estate investment opportunities.

Not all real estate properties, even classified as luxury properties, are profitable. Our team of investment specialists identifies wealth building oppotunities. We do not offer a property unless we are certain about its high profit potential.

Our philosophy is to initiate fair and honest deal with no hidden information (e.g. making sure the property is not under a mortgage, controlling correct excecution of all paperwork, ensure that the property is not in a out-of-repair and the reconstruction would be unprofitable) and make sure our clients have access to verifiable information about these real estate items.

We assist with all matters that occur when our customers invest in Czech properties

We examine property owner's business reputation. Our attorney provides all legal arrangements of the deal. Certified civil engineer carries out technical inspection of a real estate item. Financial and tax consultants fully assist with money transfers, tax mitigation and payment, insurance execution.

We guarantee deal privacy.

Born 19.02.1983 in Baku, Azerbaidjan. In 1999 studies in USA, where he graduates high school. In 2001 enters Nottingham Business School in Brno (Czech Republic), which he graduates in 2005 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Finance. In 2005 Ilkin enters IUKB (Switzerland) which he graduates in 2009 with a Master's Degree in Management and Finance. From 2006 - CEO Czech Business Invest.

Has a many years' experience of investing in commercial apartment buildings. Performs an assessment of investment potential of real estate items offered by CBI.

Hospitality investment specialist

Born 15.06.1977 in Ostrava (Czech Republic). In 1996-1998 studies "English and German Languages" in Charles University (Prague), in 1998-2004 Jan studies "Marketing and Management" in Charles University (Prague).

Has a great hospitality business and hotel management experience. Strives to search for investment attractive hotel properties that are not sold publicly. CBI clients use Jan's business contacts, which are at the level of internationally reputed asset management companies, in order to optimize performance of purchased hotels.

1992-1993 - financial director at Asko Ltd. 1994 - till present - auditor, auditors house member (Czech Republic). 1996 - till present - associate and managing director SPICA Ltd. Enterprise management consultant. Works with forensic enquiries in financial affairs.
